Cooking tips - 5 ways to create magic in the kitchen

Cooking secret No.1 - buy top quality ingredients

Leaders of the cooler for the sole use of chef and better tasting food can be found. Even the best chefs in the world would have difficulties to make inferior products good taste of the food. However, this does not mean that everything has to be done from the beginning.

To purchase many goods go for quality and freshness. If the cost is an issue try smaller portions. It is better for your health and your waist to have small portions of food of good quality rather than a large portion of an inferior product.

One suggestion useful to use frozen or canned product is using them as soon as possible. Do not wait until they are near the end of its useful life, as there is deterioration in the quality time.

Cooking secret No.2 - keep it Simple

Some of the food better tasting in the world are the simplest. It seems that they have less ingredients but only compliment each other beautifully.

Add too many ingredients for a dish you can create a cancellation of flavors. How to make pasta sauce, where the onion plate replaces the flavor of the garlic. I'd rather not add onion to my sauces pasta so they released the full flavor of the garlic.

The opposite happens to make French onion soup. For a fuller flavour of onions with body, do not add garlic.

Cooking secret No.3 - use complementary foods

A secret to cook well lies in the combination of complementary foods, where an ingredient really improves the flavor of each other. One of my favorite combinations is tomato and basil. If you are creating a sauce for pasta or just place the tomatoes in a pizza nothing complements better than herb Basil.

Another great mix is oats, cinnamon and brown sugar. If I used this combination of courtesy to an Apple Crumble topping or just created an unbeatable taste for hot oatmeal

You can come up with more of their own groups of complementary foods simply to take note of the food taste great together!

Cooking secret 4 – use only the best team

Good equipment facilitates your work in the kitchen. Ask any craftsman and he will tell you the value of good tools. Go for quality, ease of use and purchase better that can afford it. If there is only one thing that I would recommend investing in, would be a good knife establishes and maintains strong.

Good tools not only make your life easier in the kitchen, but it can also improve the outcome, as in the case of my kitchen stainless steel cookware. Everything you cook in them was better than average simply because the kitchen utensils are better than the average.

Cooking secret No.5 - collect good recipes

Good recipes can come from many sources of a cookbook or find them online. Most of my favorites has really come from family and friends. The benefit of receiving prescriptions in this way is that I usually have tasted previously by myself. Live cooking demonstrations at times provide samples free so you can test to see if the recipe fits your taste.

Magazines and television cooking programs are another way to collect good recipes. I keep organized putting flyers pick up any recipes in a booklet of plastic file folder.

Glad to be able to share my more easy-to-follow secrets to create the magic of cooking. Remember that being selective and keep it simple are the two main ingredients to create magic in the kitchen.
