This is probably one of the most frequently asked questions when people are trying to rebuild his diet and start eating healthy. Because if they are going the page of pizza and cheese steaks to eat healthy, you can be sure that there are a lot of healthy recipes that are absolutely full of flavor to satisfy their palate.

You have just as many options as you had before, the only difference will be that it does not load in carbohydrates and sugars that go right to the waist line. It's the composition of meals and the control of the party. When eating right and non gorge yourself, you'll be surprised at how the pounds melt away. You not only look better, feel better. This is a perfect example of an element which can have for dinner. This recipe is so good that it appears in various restaurant menus!

Pistachio encrusted tuna steaks

1T shallot (finely sliced) 1 Laurel 3T reduced or low fat sour cream 2t (chopped) fresh dill wine 1/2 lemon (juice only) 1/2 white c (cooking wine is well) 1t whole grain mustard 1/4 c dry t breadcrumbs1/2 salt1t Virgin extra olive oil oil1/4 c (shelled) pistachios 4 fillets of tuna four oz

Get a large pan and combine shallot, bay leaf and wine to a boil. Reduce the flame and cook uncovered until the wine has been reduced (5 minutes). Remove from flame, remove Laurel and transfer to separate bowl. Add 1t dill, lemon juice, mustard, 1/4t of salt and dill. Combine all ingredients. Put on the sides for use as a sauce when cooked tuna.

In a food processor, combine the breadcrumbs, pistachios, dill and salt 1/4t 1t. Blend until ingredients are reduced to a good quality. Transfer the mixture into a separate bowl. Coat each steak tuna with this mixture. Once every steak has dredging, heat oil in a large skillet and cooked medium rare tuna (5 minutes on each side). When finished, pour the small amount of sauce on each fillet and serve.

Sounds like you should be directed to the fat farm after eating it, but every steak has a little more than 225 calories. This entry is loaded with protein, but very low in carbohydrates. This is the best of both worlds, great food and very healthy. Probably not eat this good when they were eating what you wanted!
