Recipes of campfire cooking - breakfast

Ah, there as waking up in the desert, with the aromas and sounds of bacon sizzling on a bonfire. * Smoke Bacon wraps


1 lb Bacon
Oz 16 mini smoked links of sausage
1 cup brown sugar


Directions: Cut strips of bacon in half. Wrap each link of mini-ham on a strip of bacon. Brown sugar scattered pieces of bacon and sausages. * Ham and Hashbrown casserole


2 lb frozen Browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
butter 1/2 cup melted
16 oz sour cream
2 cups ham cubes
1/2 tsp of pepper
Onion chopped 1/3 cup
strips 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted


Directions: Combine all ingredients except the cheese. Mix well. Place on the plate lined with paper aluminium or Dutch oven baking heavy. Sprinkle the cheese on the side superior and depending on how hot is the campfire, Cook until hot and bubbly (approximately one hour).
