Kitchen recipe - recipe for fresh salad of Greek style

It is very fast to prepare a salad. Most people have their own ideas of what you put in a salad. Some salads has seen are tasty. They only look simple and boring. It is probably why many people in the Western world do not eat enough of these healthy salads. Well, we are going to do our bit to change that. Here is a recipe for you that is just the opposite. Looks good, good taste and it really is good for it.


We went Camping with friends and decided to have a barbecue. Chose us what meats have but he fought for decide what accompany them. My friend told me that when he went to holiday Greece really enjoyed your salads. With the ingredients that reminds you to duplicate the recipe. Once we have finished preparing the salad he seemed really appealing.


Here is the recipe for it and I hope you enjoy your fresh Greek Salad as we did.


INGREDIENTS


(serves 4)


4 large tomatoes cut into wedges
1 large cucumber
2 large red peppers
1 red onion
Of-stoned of olive green and black of approx. 16-20.
good strong feta cheese 250 g
1 small bunch of fresh parsley leaves
Approx. 1 dozen fresh mint leaves
125 ml of extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed


METHOD


Take the cucumber Peel first and halving, length forms. Remove the seeds and then cut into small cubes. Cut the peppers in slices. Remove all seeds and pith. Finely slice the onion. Cut the feta into small cubes cheese. Once done, place the tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper, onion, olives, feta cheese in a large Salad Bowl. Add half the parsley and mint leaves. Gently mix together.


Put the olive oil, lemon juice and garlic crushed in a container with a lid. Add a little salt and pepper to the season. Stir until blended completely. Pour the dressing over the salad. Gently the back with a large spoon or a spatula to uniformly cover the salad with the dressing. Sprinkle the remaining leaves of parsley and mint on the salad.


This recipe is a rich source of vitamins, minerals. It is also very good for the heart, especially when using tomatoes, peppers, olives and olive oil. Feta cheese is also a good source of calcium and vitamins. The raison d ' ĂȘtre, is made from goat's milk. It therefore has a lot less fat cow's milk which is again beneficial for the heart and weight watching. All the food fresh and very nutritious. Enjoy.
