Tilapia fish baked recipe

The fish is a healthy alternative to meat as oils, which are very healthy for you get much more education for all (essential fatty acids). But the question is, how to prepare properly. I will give you a recipe that can be used for basically any fish. Fish are sensitive, so you need to change the way in which Cook. The procedure for cooking fish is very gently. Therefore, here is how you cooking fish:

Get a fish of good size for the amount of people that is feeding normally about 1/2 pounds per person. Keep the whole fish, rinse with water fresh and dry paper towel. Pour a bit of olive oil in each side and deliver carefully. Put the fish in a bread oven and prepare their vegetables.

1 green pepper, cut into large chunks

1 onion (white, Bermuda, your choice) large pieces

1 red/yellow pepper, cut into large chunks

4 stalks celery yup into large pieces

1 tomato cut into large pieces.

Any other vegetable that choice.

Now when I say large pieces, it means no larger than 1/2 X 1/2 inch. What I like to do is to heat a pan in the oven very hot then take the pieces of green pepper, red and yellow and cook quickly (not dry - oil) slightly brown or defame. What makes this process is to release the flavours of the peppers.

You can now put spice in fish, salt, pepper, red pepper and minced garlic. Now taking vegetables and spread evenly over fish. Sprinkle a little olive oil (or cooking spray) and lemon or lime juice on vegetables. Take a piece of aluminum foil cover and the length of the fish. Cooking @ 350 degrees for 25 minutes, take off the paper and continue cooking for 15 minutes. Vegetables are slightly Brown, please do not cook more.

If you want to vary the taste only take your sauce favorite, if you look at the grocery store they have a lot that you can choose. Heck if you can put salad dressing on top. Believe me experimenting all the time and prepare delicious variations of this recipe. This form of cooking is also very healthy.
